OSE-01 is observation elevator or glass-enclosed elevator. The cabin walls are designed to allow for observation of the outside using reinforced tempered glass with a sturdy frame. 

It's typically designed for high-rise office building in city centers, giving passengers the feelling of being able to observe the outside from inside the cabin while travelling in elevator.
